My Amalie neckerchief is knitted in one strand of merino wool and one strand of silk/mohair. First, the back piece is knitted from the bottom up. Then cast off stitches for the neck opening, before the front piece is knitted from top to bottom. There, stitches are gathered around the neck opening and a high neck edge is knitted in rib, which is finally folded down. The front and back pieces gradually taper downwards to get a good fit under the jacket without the neckline bunching up.
Sizes: S/M (L/XL) Indicative needles:Circular needle 3.5 mm. Double pointed needles 3 mm. Knitting strength: 26 m per 10 cm in structured pattern on needles 3.5 mm Yarn and yarn consumption: 100 g Sandnes Garn Sunday (50 g = 235 m) is knitted together with 50 g Sandnes Garn Tynn Silk Mohair (25 g = 212 m)
