Knitting patterns
When you purchase a knitting pattern from Nyvold knitwear, you will shortly receive an order confirmation by email. It contains a link to a PDF file with the pattern. It may be a good idea to save the PDF file on your own device or computer after you have downloaded it. The patterns are intended for private use only, and should not be shared, copied or resold. Systematic sales of products made according to Nyvold knitwear's patterns must also not take place.

Right of withdrawal on knitting patterns
You as the customer are responsible for adding the correct product to your shopping cart when making a purchase. You do not have the right to cancel PDF files purchased from the website.

Conflict resolution
Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. points 9 and 10. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council for mediation.
