The Eline skirt is a cute wrap skirt in stockinette stitch with a wavy frill edge at the bottom. First, the belt is knitted back and forth on double pointed needles or on a small circular needle, and then stitches are gathered up along the belt for the skirt itself. The skirt is knitted from top to bottom in stockinette stitch. Finally, stitches are collected in the belt for a second tie and a button is sewn in, so that the inner fold of the skirt can be attached to the belt. Be aware that the finished knitted skirt will look small in size, but that it stretches a lot in washing and use.
