Amalie Cowl My Size is knitted with one thread merino wool and one thread mohair. The back piece is knitted from the bottom up first. You then bind off stitches for the neck opening before the front piece is knitted from the top down. The stitches for the neck opening is then picked up and you knit a high neckline in rib that folds down. The front and back piece angles inwards so it is easier to throw a jacket or coat on without the cowl bunching together.
